The executive wants teams to own the details. Bring him the direction and the decisions that require his authority. The presentation follows that instruction by changing scale: twenty names become one team, the team becomes capacity, and two launches become timing.
For a moment, the full problem fits on the screen. Two approved launches need the same test window. Neither team can decide for both. The choice belongs in this room, where it is classified as local sequencing and removed from view.
At this level, there are no blockers. The meeting moves on. Far below, at full size, twenty people still have two launches, one test window, and no answer. The wider view has made the plan look clear while leaving the work exactly where it was.
幹部は、細部の判断をチームに任せたい。ここへ持ってくるのは、方針と、彼の権限が必要な判断だけでいい。資料は、その指示に合わせて縮尺を変える。二十人の名前がひとつのチームになり、チームは対応力となり、二つのリリースは時期の話になる。
一瞬だけ、問題の全体が画面に収まる。承認済みの二つのリリースが、同じテスト枠を必要としている。どちらのチームにも、両方の優先順位を決める権限はない。この部屋で下すべき選択は、現場の順序調整に分類され、画面から消える。
