带薪摸鱼 is Chinese internet slang for slacking off while still getting paid. In I Don't Care, it becomes an office survival philosophy.

The composite narrator attends the retreat, stays muted through the meeting, blocks the calendar, and perfects the bare minimum. Three months pass. The work looks the same. Nobody notices.

Then they give him Employee of the Year.

This is the release's second 不: confusion has become apathy, and the joke is that the company can measure everything except whether anybody still cares.

带薪摸鱼は、給料をもらいながら勤務中にうまく手を抜く、という意味の中国のネットスラング。I Don't Care（どうでもいい）では、それが会社を生き延びるための哲学になる。

複数の働く人の経験を重ねた語り手は、強制参加のチームビルディングに顔を出し、会議ではミュートのまま、カレンダーを予定で埋め、必要最低限を完璧にこなす。3か月が過ぎても、仕事の見た目は同じ。誰も気づかない。

そして、年間最優秀社員に選ばれる。

4つの「不」の二つ目。混乱は無関心に変わった。何もかも測る会社が、そこで働く人にまだ気持ちが残っているかだけは測れない。
